There are three types of pitched green roof systems. Pitchedgreen Airtight is our vapour-tight system with a reinforced vegetation layer. It provides extra stability on steep roofs and is ideal for new build projects. Pitchedgreen Airflow is the vapour-permeable system, a natural alternative to roof tiles that is easy to mount on battens and fully recyclable. Pitchedgreen Tile is the pre-grown green roof tile: lightweight, instantly green and suitable for slopes up to 45 degrees. All three systems turn pitched roofs into sustainable, climate-active surfaces that deliver long-term performance and a natural look.

Why choose between green or solar when you can have both? Sempergreen’s pitched green roofs create the perfect base for solar panels. The vegetation keeps the panels cooler, increasing efficiency and energy yield. At the same time, the green layer absorbs rainwater, supports biodiversity and adds visual appeal to any project. The result is a multifunctional roof that delivers on performance, sustainability and design. Ideal for residential, commercial and public buildings where every square metre counts. Together with our partners, we help you create roofs that generate energy and make impact.
